Heating Instructions

General Instructions: Cook from frozen. If thawed, product can be refrigerated for up to 3 days prior to use. Appliances vary, adjust heating me accordingly. Bon Appetit!

Microwave (Recommended Method):
  • No need to puncture film.
  • Heat for 4-5 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
  • Carefully remove film and serve.

Conventional Oven:
  • No need to puncture film. Place meal on baking sheet.
  • Heat in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

I placed the salmon in my microwave for 4 minutes 30 seconds. After the timer had expired the salmon was still cold and frozen in portions of the salmon. I had to heat the salmon in 30 second intervals before it finally was hot enough to eat and by then it had a dried out.
